Induction and Mentorship
States and districts can use Title II, Part A funds to create and maintain programs for induction and mentorship of both teachers and leaders. These programs should be based on the best evidence available; focused on improving instruction in the classroom, student learning, and student achievement; and designed improve the retention of effective teachers, principals, or other school leaders.
