Partnerships are crucial to effective university change. Within UPPI the state, university and district partners work together to redesign and continuously improve their leader preparation programs. Each partner organization has knowledge assets. The vital questions for partners to explore are:
- How can the knowledge assets of each partner organization be utilized to enhance the effectiveness of each organization?
- How can sharing these knowledge assets deepen the relationships between the partner organizations?
