Teacher Evaluation Systems to Support Teacher Growth
Comprehensively designed teacher evaluation systems have the potential to do the following:
- Identify and build on individual and collective teacher strengths.
- Enhance instruction.
- Identify exemplary teachers who might serve as mentors.
- Identify teachers in need of training and support.
