What can states and districts do to better support paraeducators?
Provide funding so their can be more paras in the schools. It would be great for every class to have a para.
In what ways can districts and administrators provide opportunities for paraeducators to serve as extensions of teachers?
Include them in trainings with teachers, and provide them more time to collaborate with one another.
