Evaluating Teacher Leaders

The performance of teacher leaders needs to be supported and evaluated in a system that considers their specific roles and responsibilities and gives them the information they need to improve. Little research has focused on how to measure teacher leaders’ effectiveness. The resources here include reports on effective evaluation systems for teachers overall and a list of books on job performance measurement in general.
